Please do not book until you have throughly read through my booking process and policies. Booking is on a first come first serve basis so be sure to request your appointment the day my books open to select the day/time that works best for you! Please note my weekend availability is very limited and in high demand. The following booking process is currently in effect:


STEP ONE:
Please determine the correct booking category based on the following information

Extra Small Tattoo- $150
(Examples: 1-2 word script, angel numbers, 1-2" line work only)

Small Tattoo- $225
(Examples: simple designs, 3-4 word script, 1-2 simple floral bouquet)

Medium Tattoo- $375
(Examples: longer script, floral bouquet with 3-4 flowers, palm sized designs)
{select pet portraits & micro-realism pieces}

Large Tattoo- $600
(Examples: multiple small design bundle, small animal portrait, some micro-realism)
{some more detailed floral bouquets}

Extra Large Tattoo- $900
(Examples: two medium designs, sticker sleeve bundle, large scaled pieces, double foot ornamentals)
{no freehand florals}

Custom Freehand Floral- $1750+
(Examples: hip, shin, sternum, forearm, etc)
{these custom one-of-a-kind pieces are multi-day sessions often 9-12 hours of work time. the (+) reflects that this is the starting rate for these pieces and pricing varies on placement, size, detail & more}

If you are unsure what category to book, please reach out via Instagram or text with as much detail as possible prior to booking. I will get back to you with the correct category to book as soon as possible. If the wrong appointment type is selected when booking, the appointment request will be rejected. This is meant to ensure there is enough time for the piece to be completed without rush. Please note that the booking category is not only determined by the size of the piece but also the level of detail, time needed, etc. For example, a small micro-realism tattoo (2 - 3.5" may take upwards of 4 hours to complete due to the level of detail required. However a piece that's 6" in size may only take 2.5 hours due to minimal details and less time needed.

When you book an appointment please include as much detail in your description as possible, attach reference photos, and be as accurate as possible for sizing approximations in inches. If you would like to explain details further or send more reference photos, please reach out via Instagram! If there is minimal/no detail in your description your appointment will be rejected. Appointments with appropriate detail in description, attached photos, sizing, correct booking category and fall into my specialities- will be accepted within 72 hours of your appointment request. Due to high demand, I am very blessed to be able to be more selective with the pieces I do moving forward! Please note that when you go to book it is a request. You will receive a follow up email within 72 hours either confirming or rejecting the appointment. Thank you!

Good Example:
"Hi! I'm looking to get a large floral piece on my upper arm. My favorite flowers are peonies and would like those to be the focus. I would love some some smaller filler flowers in and around the piece as well. Open to ideas- just looking for something that flows together. Envisioning the piece staying mostly on my outer arm and not wrapping, around 12" in length and 6" wide. Eventually i plan to turn it into a full half sleeve. Thanks!"

Bad Example:
"Hi! I want a floral tattoo on my arm. Not too big not too small. Want a sleeve later. How much?"

STEP TWO:
Once your appointment has been confirmed, please send your deposit via Venmo to @tayloredtats. All tattoos require a 20% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and goes towards your entire appointment cost and drawing time! Please send the deposit within 72 hours of your appointment confirmation to keep your appointment on the books. Deposits are only to be made via Venmo. Remaining balance is to be paid day of and accepted payments include cash, venmo or credit/debit card (2.7% transaction fee will be applied to use)

STEP 3:
Pre-care is just as important as post-care for a tattoo! Please be sure to do the following
- hydrate well 48 hours in advance
- limit or restrict caffeine usage 48 hours prior
- avoid excessive sun exposure and alcohol 24-48 hours prior
- exfoliate the area to be tattooed 24-48 hours prior
- shave the area to be tattooed the night before (if possible or necessary)
-moisturize the area to be tattooed the night before
- eat a good meal at least 1 hour before your appointment

STEP 4:
Arrive on-time for your appointment and get comfy! It is recommended to bring headphones for music, podcasts or audiobooks if your session is a medium or beyond. This allows you to get into your "zone" and find your happy place as well as it allows me to have full focus and attention on your beautiful art. I may also wear headphones to get into my groove as well and limit distractions. I am by no means a 'no talking' tattoo artist, however of recent some of my sessions have turned into trauma dumping conversations for the entirety of the appointment. As much as I love you guys and adore that you feel confident, safe, and secure enough in my space to share this information with me, it can make it difficult to focus on your tattoo and is very weighing on my mind and body! Please try to keep conversations light and positive if possible, thank you!

STEP 5:
Enjoy your new forever art and follow aftercare instructions provided to you at your appointment. They are also available to you on this website in case you need to reference back to it at any time! I always will recommend Hustle Butter or Oras Herbal Tattoo Salve. Please verbally let me know at your appointment if you have any allergies I should be aware of including but not limited to adhesive, lidocaine, etc.
